My "Not So" Baby!

Miss Mia celebrated her big 1 Year birthday on the 21st. I can't believe how fast this year flew by (sniff, sniff). She spent the day with grandmas and grandpas, aunts, uncles and cousins. It was a fun day except for the fact that we spent the morning at the doctor's office as a result of an ear infection. Here are a few pictures from the day (thanks to my awesome and talented sister-in-law.....Kirstin Roper Photography).

I had Kirstin take a few 1-year-old pictures. For not feeling very well, Mia sure did eat up all the attention and we got some really cute shots. These are some of my favorites:

Clothing Exchange.....

Now that Spring has "Sprung" it's time to rejuvenate that spring wardrobe. My good friend, Shelby, is hosting a Clothing Exchange. Basically, it's a way to sell those clothes that you don't wear anymore, but can't bring yourself to take them to the DI (because you feel they are still worth something). Or, if you you are looking for a new outfit that won't break the bank....this just might be something you would be interested in. For more information about the Clothing Exchange, visit Shelby's blog: mythreelittlewomen.blogspot.com.

EaStEr And MoRe!

We are fortunate enough to live close enough to both our families that we are usually able to spend the holidays with both. Mia had a BALL this Easter. She was more enamored with the plastic eggs than anything else. However, she didn't mind the chocolate either :) We spent Sunday afternoon at Grandma and Grandpa Rosenvall's. Grandma Rosenvall goes ALL OUT with the Easter egg hunt. Mia had a ball.

We spent the day in Fillmore on Saturday. Grandma & Grandpa Roper hosted the First Annual "Crab Fest" with all-you-can-eat King crab legs. It was also nice having, somewhat, good weather to be able to decorate Kate's grave site for Easter. I must admit that I LOVE seeing the green grass, actually just grass....PERIOD. There has been so much snow at the cemetery that it's nice to finally be able to see the ground.

Not walking yet, but ohhhh so close!

Her new found LOVE!
